We already work with large corporate groups, banks, and resellers, as well as end customers. An example of what we can offer is detailed under the headings below.
 
Large Corporate Group Services:
Sagem Matsu already supply a number of large corporate customers, within a variety of business sectors including Retail and Leisure. Services extend beyond the supply of hardware, and include project management for the logistics surrounding any group wide rollout, including engineer installation if required. Beyond the initial rollout periodic estate reporting, and regular operation meetings with your named account manager can be arranged. Managed upgrade programs and customised software requirements and value added services are also a possibility dependant on the customers own requirements.
 
Estate Management Services:
Sagem Matsu supply terminals to banks and other suppliers, who wish for their estate be completely managed from end to end. They rely on Sagem Matsu to represent their own core values and up hold their levels of customer service. Services include the management of logistics, installation, collection, refurbishment, and a dedicated helpdesk and project teams to effectively manage the estate day-to-day. An extensive Management Information pack is delivered monthly and estate reporting is provided on a weekly basis. Regular operational meeting with the project team are key. Managed upgrade programs and customised software requirements and value added services are also a possibility dependant on the customers own requirements.
 
Partner Services:
Sagem Matsu supply terminals to partners and resellers. The level of service supplied is completely flexible and based on the needs of the partner. In most cases, following an intensive and customisable training session, estate management is passed to the partner. Terminals are loaded and configured as required using the Sagem Matsu Terminal Management System (TMS) via a simple, easy to use and intuitive, yet powerful, secure web based interface. Sagem Matsu provides second or third level support and engineering function for refurbishment or replacement activities.
 
Customised software requirements and value added services are also a possibility dependant on the partners own requirements. Additional training is available for resellers wishing to develop their own value added applications for use on the terminals. Partners wishing to use their own value added applications alongside Sagem Matsu's own payment application will be able to follow established practical advise from our own developers to run the applications in a multi-application environment.
